Accounting Manager w/Manufacturing [Contract-to-Hire]<p>We are seeking an Accounting Manager with a manufacturing and cost background. This is a <strong>100% onsite contract-to-hire</strong> opportunity. Experienced with Month End Close, Audit management, SAP or Oracle, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Cost Control, Cash Flow Forecasting and oversee AP and AR.</p><p><br></p><p>· Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department</p><p>· Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements</p><p>· Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principle</p><p>· Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy</p><p>· Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, forecast, budget, cash receipts and fixed assets</p><p>· Accountable for closing end books, oversee AP and AR activities</p><p>· Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting</p><p>· Perform the company’s financial audits</p><p>· Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives</p><p>· Monitor and analyze financial accounting data</p><p>· Create financial reports based on data analysis</p><p>· Identity, research, resolve and communicate accounting, auditing and operational issues</p><p>· Maintains relationships with external auditors to complete audits of year-end financial statements</p><p>· Oversees routine daily operations of Accounting department</p><p>· Maintains banking relationships</p><p>· Review, create and apply department's procedures, policies and internal controls.</p><p>· Timely and accurate preparations of special projects and research.</p><p>· Supervise accounting staff</p><p><br></p><p>1. Need to have Manufacturing/ Cost Background </p><p>2. 10+ years of Accounting & Supervisory experience</p><p>3. CPA - preferred</p><p>4. SAP or Oracle preferred</p><p><br></p>
