This is a full-time, in-office position reporting directly to our Controller. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting functions.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>• Work within our accounting system, Sage Intacct, to ensure clean, accurate financial data </p><p>• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting</p><p>• Manage and reconcile data from various POS systems (Toast, Jackrabbit, and Procare)</p><p>• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations</p><p>• Support ad hoc projects and provide analysis as needed</p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><p>• Proficiency with Sage Intacct - preferred</p><p>• Strong experience with bank reconciliations and payroll journal entries</p><p>• POS experience; familiarity with any of the following systems: Toast, Jackrabbit, Procare or similar </p><p>• Solid foundation in GAAP and general ledger accounting principles</p><p>• Highly organized with strong attention to detail</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><p>• Hands-on experience with Toast, Jackrabbit, and/or Procare</p><p>• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)</p>
