This position plays a crucial role in integrating Virtuous with the donor side of our operations. Being part of a small IT team, you'll have a techno-functional role, with a focus on project management and an understanding of operations and finance within the project space. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Liaise with the existing team member transitioning from this role to ensure smooth handover and continuity of operations.<br>• Collaborate with the IT team and helpdesk support to manage websites and process structures.<br>• Lead project management initiatives and ensure technical knowledge is appropriately applied.<br>• Oversee operations and finance within project space, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.<br>• While not directly involved in coding, should possess enough understanding to oversee ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), Cloud Technologies, Epicor, and Epicor ERP systems.<br>• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of different strategies and processes.<br>• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze, figure out and improve business operations.<br>• Understand and manage Business Process Functions to ensure optimal operational efficiency.<br>• Document and keep track of Business Requirement Documents to ensure all business needs are being met.
