Ideal candidates interested in this position should have 4+ years of civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, professional malpractice, and/or liability experience. <p>We are looking for an organized and personable Legal Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and provide essential administrative support in our client's office located in Centennial, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while managing key office functions to ensure smooth daily operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner.</p><p>• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.</p><p>• Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail, as well as prepare and manage outgoing mail, including certified and bulk mailings.</p><p>• Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings, including arranging refreshments when necessary.</p><p>• Maintain and organize office supplies by placing orders and restocking as needed.</p><p>• Assist in scanning, saving, and versioning documents using the firm’s document management system.</p><p>• Support annual election processes, including mailings and ballot counting.</p><p>• Provide general administrative assistance to the Firm Administrator and Legal Assistants.</p><p>• Handle data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping for various office functions.</p>
