Challenging & rewarding Project Manager position with a growing fast paced & FUN company who specializes in Commercial, retail, large malls, large retail chain building development !! </p><p>**** To be considered for an IMMEDIATE Interview, DM / Email directly Carrie Danger, RH - apply to this position! ****</p><p><strong>MUST HAVE:</strong> </p><p>• Commercial Construction Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout coordinating with 3rd party vendor partners, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.</p><p>• Partner with architects, engineers, and design professionals to define scope, analyze costs, identify value engineering opportunities, and evaluate budgets</p><p>• Perform constructability reviews and support planning for means and methods, site logistics, general requirements, and staffing</p><p>• Oversee project accounting, including subcontracts, purchase orders, budgets, change orders, payment applications, profitability, and cash flow</p><p>• Manage RFIs, submittals, meetings, safety coordination, job reports, inspection tracking, and lead-time monitoring</p><p>• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate daily with field managers on milestones and scheduling needs</p><p>• Ensure successful project closeout while meeting budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction goals</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS: </p><p>• Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience</p><p>• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction</p><p>• Strong background in bidding, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project accounting</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED:</strong></p><p> 4+ years of COMMERCIAL NOT RESIDENTIAL Project Management experience. </p><p>PROGRAM / complex project management</p><p>Manage budget </p><p>I Client-first mindset.with International and high end clients. </p><p>High energy & like to TALK to people </p><p>HIGHLY organized : Tool experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet,</p><p>Manage multiple projects simultaneously. </p><p>Strong grasp of budgeting, margin management, cost control </p><p>Direct hire permanent position with one of our local client companies.
