This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet production schedules and project goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and project support.<br>• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate vendor support and maintain subcontract schedules.<br>• Ensure vendors comply with all contractual and regulatory requirements.<br>• Provide guidance to engineering, quality, accounting, production, and project management teams to meet project milestones.<br>• Monitor and report vendor performance metrics to management.<br>• Oversee shipments and coordinate logistics to optimize delivery schedules and minimize costs.<br>• Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain accurate purchasing records.<br>• Prepare documentation for compliance audits, including Buy America requirements.<br>• Maintain comprehensive records and generate reports to support organizational compliance.<br>• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support supplier relations and project demands.
