Associate Manager, Treasury FinanceWe are actively searching for an Associate Manager, Treasury Finance to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The primary focus of this role includes analysis and management of credit line debt, execution of various transactions, and daily liquidity management for our finance industry operations. <br><br>Responsibilities <br>• Analyze and manage credit line debt on a daily basis as related to our mortgage debt business and commercial mortgage loan funding.<br>• Execute and track various types of transactions daily through multiple treasury systems.<br>• Manage daily liquidity of cash flows, conduct money movement analysis and generate cash reports.<br>• Regularly interface with corporate partners, designated vendors, and third-party banking partners to develop business relationships in line with financial services agreements and reporting requirements.<br>• Master our proprietary Treasury management and Loan Connect applications to perform the treasury and analytical functions required for the role.<br>• Understand the loan servicing data structure, data extraction tools, and the reconciliation process to ensure the accuracy of the exercises and projects.<br>• Create and maintain documentation on processes and policies to meet business requirements.<br>• Assist with audit requests and generate ad hoc reports when needed.
