<p>The Accounts Payable Specialist provides guidance to the AP Coordinator by assisting in responses to external vendors and internal managers regarding accounts payable processes, identifies self-assessed sales tax invoices, verifies the accuracy of vendor invoices, processes 3-way matches with PO related invoices, codes non-PO invoices with correct general ledger segments, generates ACH and check payment runs, and assists with the 1099 process. This position is located at the Irving, TX headquarters, directly reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, and will work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams to produce accurate and timely transactional processing related to purchasing and financial operations.
