The position offers exposure to recruiting coordination, benefits-related support, and general HR projects while assisting the team during a contract coverage period.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Support the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing records, maintaining files, and ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible.<br>• Manage candidate resumes and recruiting documents by saving, sorting, and keeping materials updated for the team’s use.<br>• Assist with recruitment coordination by preparing job postings and handling related administrative follow-up activities.<br>• Monitor HR programs and employee initiatives, such as wellness activities, special projects, and annual enrollment preparation.<br>• Provide support before and during open enrollment by reviewing information, comparing details, and helping maintain accurate records.<br>• Help process HR documentation through DocuSign and contribute to other routine administrative workflows within the department.<br>• Use Adobe Pro to revise PDF files and update forms or supporting documents as needed.<br>• Create and maintain internal materials with tools such as Canva, Microsoft Forms, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Retrieve basic information and reports from internal HR systems as requested and collaborate with the HR Director and team members on shared assignments.
