In this case It's WORKDAY HCM Implementation human capital management. <br><br>This company implemented Peoplesoft 25 years ago and is now moving toward WorkDay which is a huge project. <br><br>The Process Consultant IV must have the following experiences (communicated on resume) <br>Experience with Workday or similar SaaS vendor implementation. <br>HCM implementation <br>4+ years’ of experience with deep process background <br>Large scale program implementation <br>VISIO- MS- level of knowledge<br>Familiarity with business process management discipline methodologies and tools<br>Proficient in end-to-end process diagramming using BlueWorks Live<br>Experience gathering and interpreting information from stakeholders across functional areas identifying problems and opportunities evaluating alternatives and risks and choosing effective opt <br> <br>The Process Consultant IV must also have: <br>Ability to work w/various stakeholders- as they're going through enterprise design. <br>Ability to work with clear verbal and written communication and can work with executive teams. <br>Presentation skills and being able to share complex information w/ employees who are not working through the implementation but need to be updated as it will affect their day-to-day work. <br> <br><br>Day to day responsibilities of Process Consultant IV: <br>The contractors are going to be imbedded in teams. <br>Responsible for interviews creating business process maps contributing to the teams and providing feedback. <br>Process documentation. <br>Identifying requirements for new or existing business processes and technologies. <br>Leveraging concepts such as prototyping demonstrations focus groups pilots workflows surveys risk, assessment and customer scenarios to ensure the successful creation and adoption of process and technology improvements. <br>Agile Methodology will be used for implementation so these Process Consultants will be diagramming end to end design and owning the process designs. <br>Collaboration - across the organization to achieve business goals. <br> <br>Degrees or certifications required/Years of overall experience required for Process Consultant IV: <br><br>Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study e.g. Finance Marketing Management Sales HR <br> minimum of 5 years of experience in a process design/redesign role.<br> - In lieu of a degree a minimum of 8 years of experience in a process design/redesign or technical role.
