Responsibilities: • Administer and enhance network infrastructure built on Cisco routing and switching technologies to support stable day-to-day operations. • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewall platforms, including Palo Alto and Cisco ASA, to protect network traffic and enforce security standards. • Monitor network health and performance using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and Zeek, identifying issues early and driving timely resolution. • Support and optimize Meraki-based environments, including connectivity, device management, and performance tuning across distributed networks. • Manage routing protocols such as BGP to ensure efficient traffic flow, resilient connectivity, and dependable external network communication. • Diagnose complex connectivity and hardware issues involving switches, routers, and related network components, including FS switch environments when applicable. • Document network configurations, operational procedures, and technical findings to support maintainability and team collaboration. • Contribute to infrastructure updates and network-related implementation efforts, including Cisco environment changes when required.
