Plant HR Manager (Laurie P)<p>Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Cumming, GA area that is looking to add a Bilingual Plant HR Manager to their team. The Plant HR Manager will support 100 employees in a fast-paced, manufacturing/industrial environment. This position is critical to fostering a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR processes, regulations, and business objectives. The Plant HR Manager will play a hands-on role in managing human resources functions, including employee relations (ER), performance management, compensation, and benefits guidance (particularly FMLA and other leave policies). The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and committed to providing on-site HR support to our team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Employee Relations (ER):</strong></p><p>· Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee concerns and workplace issues, promoting a positive work environment.</p><p>· Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, or disputes, ensuring fair resolutions and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</p><p>· Proactively build relationships with employees to enhance morale and productivity.</p><p><strong>Performance Management:</strong></p><p>· Guide managers and employees through the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.</p><p>· Coach to improve employee development, ensuring performance reviews are completed effectively and on time.</p><p>· Provide tools and training to managers for addressing performance issues and offering constructive feedback.</p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits Assistance:</strong></p><p>· Partner with corporate HR to ensure accurate administration of compensation programs, including merit increases, promotions, and pay changes.</p><p>· Act as a resource for employees with benefit-related inquiries, such as FMLA, leave policies, and other HR programs.</p><p>· Facilitate leave of absence processes to maintain compliance and effectively communicate with employees about expectations.</p><p><strong>HR Systems & Compliance:</strong></p><p>·Ensure plant compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, including FMLA, OSHA, and EEO requirements.</p><p>·Leverage HR systems to maintain accurate records of employee data, conduct reporting, and support strategic decision-making.</p><p>·Lead policy communication and compliance training for employees and supervisors.</p><p><strong>Culture & Communication:</strong></p><p>·Foster strong communication between leadership and employees to ensure understanding of organizational goals and changes.</p><p>·Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in line with company values.</p><p>·Actively participate in employee engagement programs to retain and attract top talent.</p><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement company policies and process improvements.</p><p>·Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to managers to develop leadership capabilities.</p><p>·Manage other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><br></p>
