This role is responsible for managing all accounting functions, ensuring financial integrity, and providing key insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of professional services financial management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business success. If you Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Monitor performance against budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.</li><li>Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews.</li><li>Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes and support operational initiatives.
