This position is a Contract to permanent opportunity, offering the potential for long-term growth within the company.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and proper coding.<br>• Manage payments through various methods, including Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers and check runs.<br>• Maintain detailed records of accounts payable transactions for audit and reporting purposes.<br>• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts payable activities.<br>• Perform account coding and validate invoice approvals before processing.<br>• Assist in the implementation of any updates to payment systems or procedures.<br>• Provide excellent customer service when addressing payment-related inquiries.<br>• Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts payable balances.
