These roles support day-to-day IT operations and are well suited for hands-on professionals who enjoy resolving technical issues directly with users.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support end users with hardware, software, and application issues</li><li>Perform workstation setup, imaging, and equipment deployments</li><li>Troubleshoot printers, VPN access, and basic network connectivity</li><li>Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking</li></ul>
