<p>Robert Half is searching for a EHR/EMR Consultant who can support a community organization based in Oregon. This EHR/EMR Consultant will be responsible for supporting configuration and optimization of workflows and grant forms within Athenahealth. This part-time is a 2 month contract opportunity with potential to extend that is 100% Remote. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Details</u></strong></p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>2 month contract to extend</p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>20 hours per week, flexible</p><ul><li>8a-5pm work day for team meetings.</li></ul><p><strong>Location: </strong>100% Remote</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Quickly fix permissions, workflows, and internal service documents to align with regulatory requirements and 4D specific operations. This would include creating security groups and local roles. </li><li>Create standardized reporting options for clinical service, accounting, and quality assurance personnel in compliance with regulations and best practices that align with 4D's specific operations. </li><li>Integrate 4D's robust grant funded service documentation requirements into Athena in compliance with regulations and best practices. </li><li>Develop unique client outcome documentation options and reporting systems that align with 4D internal and external reporting goals. </li><li>Create an API dashboard allowing for rapid interpretation of 4D's desired client outcome data for internal and external uses, including de-identified data. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of athenahealth software solutions.</li><li>Configure and optimize athenahealth systems to meet organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the implementation process.</li><li>Conduct thorough system testing to verify functionality and resolve any issues before deployment.</li><li>Train end-users on system features and functionality to ensure smooth adoption.</li><li>Document all processes, configurations, and updates for future reference and compliance purposes.</li><li>Monitor system performance post-implementation to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.</li><li>Stay updated on athenahealth advancements to recommend upgrades and enhancements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices during all phases of implementation.</li></ul>
