You are the first point of contact for our business, creating a positive first impression while managing the flow of communication and information within the organization.<br><br>We are looking for someone who has a very professional and friendly demeanor, encourages teamwork, has energy and enthusiasm to continually improve processes within our company and other administrative staff to meet or exceed our objectives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Answer phones/door in a prompt courteous manner, forward as needed to appropriate personnel.<br>Open and stamp all incoming mail.<br>Handle outgoing mail and packages: Includes postage machine (ink & funds), etc.<br>Maintain office supplies for Accounting – ordering and inventory<br>Copying and/or scanning projects as needed by project manager or other personnel.<br>Work closely with other administrative personnel to provide adequate coverage for vacation, sick days and other absences.<br>Monitor prequalification emails throughout each day and assist as needed. Completion of prequalification questionnaires/forms using information saved on our network drive.<br> <br><br>Requirements: <br><br>This position requires an individual who enjoys problem solving with great customer service skills. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately. <br>2-4 years prior experience in reception/administrative support role required<br>High School diploma required <br>Customer service oriented<br>Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency<br>Positive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable<br>Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written<br>Computer/technical skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT, TEAMS, One Drive).<br>Moderate computer and software skills for basic data entry<br>Ability to reason and think logically in problem solving.<br>Ability to multi-task and prioritize various daily responsibilities to meet deadlines.<br>Competence to keep personnel information strictly confidential<br>Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact and with all levels of the company at field sites and offices, and effectively deal with vendors, customers and regulatory agencies<br>Ability to see details and recognize errors, working within precise standards of accuracy.<br>Ability to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities<br>Pieper Electic is an Equal Opportunity Employer
