Responsibilities:• Develop monthly financial reporting packages, including performance summaries, balance sheet reporting, profitability metrics, and analytical insights for leadership and board-level review.• Prepare recurring and ad hoc submissions for banking regulators and other external oversight bodies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness (FDIC and Federal Reserve)• Reconcile designated general ledger accounts for subsidiary entities and investigate outstanding items through resolution.• Execute intercompany eliminations and support consolidated financial reporting at month-end across multiple entities.• Record assigned journal entries during the close process and help maintain the integrity of financial results.• Support investment accounting activities by tracking transactions such as acquisitions, income receipts, sales, redemptions, and related events.• Assist with year-end audit preparation by assembling financial statement schedules, disclosures, and supporting documentation.• Contribute to financial reporting for real estate-related subsidiaries and help maintain documentation for finance policies, procedures, controls, and risk areas.• Participate in special finance projects and provide cross-functional backup support to ensure departmental coverage and continuity.

Our client is seeking an experienced Interim COO / SVP of Operations to stabilize and improve a high-volume warehouse and distribution operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can quickly assess operational challenges, establish priorities, and implement processes that improve efficiency, visibility, and overall performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and stabilize day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment</li><li>Assess current processes, identify operational gaps, and develop actionable solutions</li><li>Improve warehouse processes, inventory management, cycle counting, shipment visibility, and capacity planning</li><li>Establish and monitor operational KPIs to improve performance and accountability</li><li>Partner directly with warehouse leadership and staff to implement process improvements</li><li>Bring structure and organization to an operation experiencing significant volume growth</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, staffing, and overall warehouse performance</li><li>Communicate findings, priorities, and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team</li><li>Support planning and execution related to a potential facility/warehouse transition</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or similar senior operations leader</li><li>Strong hands-on experience managing warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations</li><li>Consumer products experience strongly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated success improving operations in a high-volume environment</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory, shipping, capacity planning, and warehouse KPIs</li><li>Proven process improvement and problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable working directly with frontline teams and getting into the details of the operation</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to executive leadership</li><li>Experience with warehouse moves, facility transitions, or distribution center relocations is highly desirable</li></ul>Location & TravelTravel flexibility is required initially as this role will need to be highly hands-on within the warehouse.This is an interim opportunity with an immediate need for a hands-on operational leader who can quickly bring stability, structure, and visibility to the organization.
