The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in QuickBooks, and skilled in managing all aspects of bookkeeping.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Perform thorough bank reconciliations to maintain financial records and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Utilize QuickBooks to record transactions, generate reports, and monitor financial activities.<br>• Prepare and maintain detailed financial records to support accurate reporting and compliance.<br>• Handle payroll processing and ensure all associated documentation is completed properly.<br>• Monitor and manage company budgets to ensure financial goals are met.<br>• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for review and analysis.<br>• Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.<br>• Assist in audit preparation and respond to inquiries from external auditors.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial information and records.
