This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a skilled accounting professional with experience in construction, engineering, or architecture industries.</p><p> </p><p><em>If you're a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in project accounting and full-cycle AP/AR, this could be the next big step in your career!</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Lead and support all accounting functions related to <strong>WIP (Work in Progress)</strong> reporting and <strong>job costing</strong></li><li>Manage <strong>full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable</strong> processes</li><li>Handle <strong>payment applications</strong> and ensure accurate and timely billing and cash application</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budget tracking and cost allocations</li><li>Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting</li><li>Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures</li><li>Support internal and external audits</li><li>Work in ERP systems such as <strong>NetSuite, Oracle, Spectrum</strong>, or other industry-relevant platforms</li></ul><p>Please contact Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half to review this position.
