The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and technical expertise to manage a dynamic environment supporting approximately 250 users. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced technologies and a proactive approach to vendor management and team supervision.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and optimize the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations.</p><p>• Oversee VMware systems, ensuring they are running on version 7 or newer and meet performance expectations.</p><p>• Administer Active Directory, including assigning group policies and maintaining user account security.</p><p>• Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.</p><p>• Supervise vendor relationships, ensuring services align with organizational needs and budgets.</p><p>• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 Enterprise solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.</p><p>• Design and maintain network architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.</p><p>• Configure and manage Cisco routers and networking systems to support enterprise operations.</p><p>• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.</p><p>• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to uphold security standards.</p>
