The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting, working onsite five days a week.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Perform month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.</p><p>• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are properly recorded.</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries to support financial transactions and adjustments.</p><p>• Conduct detailed account and bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Oversee accounts payable processes, including matching invoices, processing purchase orders, and maintaining vendor records.</p><p>• Manage fixed asset accounting, including recording acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.</p><p>• Analyze variances in financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.</p><p>• Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central to streamline accounting tasks and ensure data integrity.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to support audits and other financial reviews.</p>
