Administer and support Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization platforms, network infrastructure, security systems, backup solutions, and access management technologies.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and escalation support to team members while assisting with the resolution of complex technical issues. </li></ul>
