You will work closely with the AP/AR Manager and internal stakeholders to help keep vendor payments current, records accurate, and documentation properly maintained.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process incoming invoices for multiple locations, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and records are properly organized.</p><p>• Assign the correct expense coding to invoices before entering them into the accounting system.</p><p>• Review account activity and outstanding balances to help identify discrepancies and avoid duplicate payments.</p><p>• Assist with payment processing by preparing check runs, generating payment records, and distributing checks after approval.</p><p>• Audit accounts payable reports and transaction batches to confirm details are accurate before final posting.</p><p>• Create and maintain vendor profiles, keeping onboarding information and payment details up to date.</p><p>• Communicate with vendors and internal contacts to resolve billing questions, payment issues, and account variances in a timely manner.</p><p>• Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed across accounts payable operations.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a permanent opportunity that will [ay up to $50,000 depending upon experience.
