You will work with a team of professionals to provide high-quality legal support on complex cases.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Accurately monitor and document new petition filings on the Department of Commerce ACCESS filing system.</li><li>Identify potential clients and contacts; prepare news releases and proposals for new cases.</li><li>Track trade data and International Trade Commission 484(f) filings for tariff modifications to identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Stay updated on international trade legislative and policy developments, and prepare memoranda for client projects and business development purposes.</li><li>Prepare and file pleadings and other documents in AD/CVD cases before relevant agencies (DOC, ITC), courts, and tribunals.</li><li>Monitor and docket AD/CVD case files with agencies, courts, and tribunals on a timely basis.</li><li>Assist in preparing questionnaire responses, tables, and spreadsheets for AD/CVD and customs filings.</li><li>Support attorneys with Section 232 tariff exclusion request filings, customs protest filings, and prior disclosure spreadsheets.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of briefs, ensuring compliance with agency filing rules and requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with economic consultants to ensure efficient workflow.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and tariff-related issues.</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about International Trade law and eager to make an impact, we invite you to apply and reach out to Desirae Luna on LinkedIn! </p>
