This role encompasses leadership of an Information Security Red Team program, integrating security considerations into IT solutions, and managing a team of information security professionals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Develop, lead, and execute an Information Security Red Team program, including the recruitment and training of team members.<br>• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure security considerations are integrated into the evaluation, selection, implementation, and configuration of IT solutions.<br>• Represent cybersecurity interests in significant technology governance initiatives.<br>• Oversee operations of threat and vulnerability management, recommend mitigation strategies, and effectively communicate residual risks.<br>• Regularly assess and document the effectiveness of key security controls.<br>• Mentor and manage a group of information security professionals, including the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.<br>• Prepare and deliver reports to management on departmental activities, key initiatives, and performance metrics.<br>• Utilize skills such as Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Firewall Technologies, AB Testing, Auditing, AWS Technologies, and Configuration Management to enhance cybersecurity operations.
