As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will monitor, analyze, and mitigate security risks, ensuring our systems are protected from breaches and attacks.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Threat Monitoring and Analysis:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Continuously monitor the organization’s networks, systems, and applications for potential security threats or anomalies.</li><li>Analyze security incidents and alerts using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools to assess vulnerabilities and respond to threats.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Incident Response and Resolution:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Act as the first line of response for cybersecurity incidents.</li><li>Investigate and contain security breaches or other incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>System and Network Security:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Ensure the implementation of robust security measures and policies across IT systems, networks, and applications.</li><li>Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Data Protection and Compliance:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Develop and implement security protocols and processes to protect sensitive information in accordance with compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and others.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date documentation on security practices and ensure systems align with industry regulations.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Collaboration and Training:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business units, to ensure security best practices are embedded in processes.</li><li>Educate employees on emerging threats, phishing risks, and other cybersecurity practices to foster a security-conscious culture.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Trend and Technology Monitoring:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.</li><li>Recommend and incorporate cutting-edge tools and software to strengthen the company’s security posture.</li></ul><p><br></p>
