We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys specializing in transactional and litigation matters. This role requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will excel at managing legal documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the firm.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, subpoenas, and summonses based on templates and attorney input.<br>• Organize and file multi-document submissions to state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with filing requirements.<br>• Maintain and update case information, including deadlines and reminders, using the Court Alert system.<br>• Assemble trial notebooks, binders, exhibits, and other case-related documentation.<br>• Open new client and matter files, conduct conflict checks, and collaborate with the New Business Intake team.<br>• Manage document storage and organization within the firm's document management system.<br>• Proofread legal documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting consistency before submission.<br>• Coordinate scheduling for meetings and conferences, including video conferencing and preparation of materials.<br>• Assist attorneys with billing processes, including time entry and preparation of billing memos.<br>• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense reports for attorneys as needed.

You’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring that attorneys and staff can focus on client service while you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.</p><p>You’ll manage the administrative functions of the office, oversee support staff, and maintain compliance with legal and ethical obligations.
