<p>As a <strong>Senior React Native Mobile Engineer</strong>, you’ll play a critical role in designing and developing the mobile experiences that power our business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead major initiatives, build new capabilities, and raise the bar on reliability, performance, and quality across iOS and Android.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What success looks like (first 90 days)</strong></p><p>· Deliver one meaningful feature or platform improvement end-to-end (design, build, release, iterate).</p><p>· Improve reliability in field workflows (offline-first capture, sync behavior, error recovery).</p><p>· Identify and address top crashes, performance, or usability issues with measurable impact.</p><p>· Strengthen engineering quality through testing, instrumentation, and release hygiene.</p><p>· Establish strong operating rhythm with Product, Design, Backend, and field stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p>· <strong>Build and Innovate:</strong> Develop new features for our mobile applications while helping architect new mobile product initiatives.</p><p>· <strong>Lead major initiatives: Own</strong> technical design, tradeoffs, and delivery for key areas of the app from discovery through rollout.</p><p>· <strong>Field-first reliability</strong>: Improve offline-first capture, background sync, and data integrity in low-connectivity environments.</p><p>· <strong>Evolve our architecture:</strong> Design, implement, and maintain a scalable React Native codebase (navigation, state management, modularity, offline patterns, performance).</p><p>· <strong>Ship with quality</strong>: Leverage modern mobile testing practices, instrumentation, and CI/CD to improve reliability and accelerate delivery.</p><p>· <strong>Collaborate and Mentor:</strong> Work on a small, high-performing team, contribute to code reviews, pair with teammates, and support junior developers in growing their craft.</p>
