As a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist, your core function will be to provide administrative support within a local company. Your main duties will involve handling multi-line phone systems, preparing mail, digitizing documents, and executing other administrative tasks as they arise.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle incoming calls via a multi-line phone system, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication<br>• Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and dispatching<br>• Digitize important documents through scanning and appropriately storing them for easy retrieval<br>• Carry out various administrative tasks as assigned to maintain efficient office operations<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office suite to manage data and assist in various office tasks<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly<br>• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer records through diligent management and updating<br>• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
