You’ll partner closely with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate job cost data, assess risks and opportunities across revenue, margin, and cash flow, maintain KPI dashboards, support audits and annual budgeting, and contribute to ERP and systems improvements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA preferred), 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (construction strongly preferred), solid knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606, strong Excel skills (Sage 300 CRE a plus), and a collaborative, analytical mindset with the ability to lead, problem-solve, and communicate effectively across teams.</p>
