This versatile role includes organizing and managing crucial project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and safety reports, while also serving as a communication liaison between field personnel and office staff. The administrator also provides scheduling support for subcontractors and materials, assists in maintaining compliance requirements like access control and safety documentation, and aids in tracking budgets and inventory management. Reporting directly to the Project Manager while supporting the on-site superintendent, this role is pivotal in keeping projects on track, on time, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.</p> Trust Assistant <p>Seeking an "Trust Associate" to work in a respected Trust here in ABQ.
