This on-site role will oversee day-to-day accounting while providing strategic financial insight to support plant and company leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger oversight</li><li>Lead cost accounting and inventory management, including standard costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts</li><li>Partner with operations leadership to drive cost control, efficiency improvements, and financial performance</li><li>Oversee A/P, A/R, and day to day accounting functions; supervise and develop accounting staff</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls; coordinate audits and tax filings</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $120,000 - $135,000 + additional bonus potential</p>
