HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Wood Dale, Illinois. This role involves managing various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems. If you are passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and have a strong background in HR practices, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.<br>• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting a healthy work environment.<br>• Administer benefits programs, providing support and guidance to employees regarding their options and coverage.<br>• Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies.<br>• Support HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records and preparing reports.<br>• Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.<br>• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and leadership.<br>• Utilize HRIS systems, such as UKG Pro, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.<br>• Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.<br>• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
• Proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.<br>• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and onboarding processes.<br>• Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to assist employees effectively.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly UKG Pro.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.<br>• Strong organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
