• Proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and onboarding processes. • Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to assist employees effectively. • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly UKG Pro. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
