Legal Project Manager – Corporate Governance
<p>A top-tier, nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Legal Project Manager to support a sophisticated corporate governance and securities litigation practice. This is a senior-level role combining high-level litigation paralegal and legal project management responsibilities on complex, high-profile matters.</p><p><br></p><p>This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and internal teams while serving as a central coordinator for case strategy, deadlines, and workflow execution. <p>• Manage complex corporate governance and securities litigation matters</p><p>• Oversee case dockets, including Delaware Chancery Court matters</p><p>• Draft, proofread, and cite-check key filings and legal documents</p><p>• Conduct legal and factual research (Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER)</p><p>• Coordinate depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings</p><p>• Track deadlines, manage case workflows, and support attorneys with case management</p><p>• Serve as a key point of contact to ensure teams stay aligned and on schedule</p><p>• Maintain case databases, expense tracking, and internal systems</p><p>• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals across offices</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of litigation paralegal experience</p><p>• Strong Bluebooking and cite-checking experience required</p><p>• Extensive deposition and trial prep experience</p><p>• Experience with Delaware Chancery Court is a plus</p><p>• Highly organized with strong attention to detail</p><p>• Excellent communication and multitasking skills</p><p>• Proficiency with major legal research platforms and Microsoft Office</p><p>• Class action experience a plus</p><p><br></p><p>Why</p><p>• High-level, visible work on complex matters</p><p>• Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote)</p><p>• Collaborative, high-performing legal team</p><p>• Strong benefits and professional growth environment</p>
