This role offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working alongside experienced litigators.</p><p>The ideal candidate is comfortable handling litigation independently, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. <p><strong> Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Active California Bar license in good standing</li><li>5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in general liability or insurance defense</li><li>Strong legal writing and analytical skills</li><li>Experience managing cases independently and meeting litigation deadlines</li><li>Deposition and motion practice experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment</li></ul>
