The ideal Law &amp; Motion Attorney candidate will have at least 5+ years of California civil litigation experience as a California-licensed attorney and strong writing skills.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will draft motions to strike, demurrers, and discovery motions, as well as occasionally drafting dispositive motions and pretrial motions. This Law &amp; Motion Attorney will also argue the motions they drafted. The firm&#39;s yearly billable requirement is 1800 hours.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>My team has placed 5 attorneys with this firm, and 3 are now partners.
