Executive Assistant
<p>Robert Half is partnering with a Waukesha area client in the recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to company leadership while also serving as a key liaison for HR administrative functions, onboarding processes, and payroll coordination. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide direct executive support, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence, meeting preparation, and confidential activities for senior leaders.</li><li>Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for management meetings and initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions, benefits enrollment, and required documentation processing.</li><li>Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees and serve as a trusted resource throughout their initial employment phase.</li><li>Support HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, and assisting with compliance and policy documentation.</li><li>Coordinate payroll administration tasks, including submission of timesheets, monitoring for accuracy, assisting employees with payroll inquiries, and collaborating with the HR/payroll department to ensure timely and correct payments.</li><li>Assist with scheduling and facilitation of employee training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR-driven programs.</li><li>Contribute to cross-functional workflow improvements and support company initiatives focused on operational excellence and employee experience.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, company policies, and employee data.</li></ul>
<p><br></p><ul><li>Proven administrative experience with HR administrative responsibilities </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and payroll software preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to navigate competing priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Discretion, professionalism, and a service-minded approach.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive leadership and HR information.</li></ul><p><br></p>
