Finance Manager' Growing global manufacturer is seeking a strong Finance Manager to add to our team. Experience required • BS in Accounting or Business with an Accounting major or MBA • CPA preferable • Experience in the audit practice of a Big Four, with at least a year of experience as a manager • Financial due diligence experience • Prefer manufacturing experience • Exposure to IFRS a plus Main tasks • Review of monthly reports submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and quality of financial reports • Explain and/or validate explanations provided by subsidiaries in regard to main changes actual vs. prior year vs. budget, financial trends and forecasts • Preparation of executive summaries of results and other financial KPIs • Advise subsidiaries on handling of non-routine transactions, proper accounting procedures, and maintaining internal controls • Preparation of consolidated financial statements • Preparation/review of budgets and business plans • Preparation of basic financial models • Preparation of bridges to illustrate and summarize changes • Analyze actual cash flows and estimates future cash flows • Understanding of capital expenditure analysis, investment justifications and business cases • Participate in new deal structuring, negotiations, and document review • Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, contract negotiations, product rationalizations, etc. Able to prioritize and work with multiple supervisors including the CEO and CFO • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Preparation of presentations.
