This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, adhering to accounting principles, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment and contribute to the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations. Responsibilities: • Analyze and maintain general ledger account balances to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Prepare monthly financial statements and accounting summaries in compliance with GAAP and statutory regulations. • Conduct reconciliations for various accounts and ensure proper documentation. • Record and monitor financial transactions following established accounting principles. • Develop and present financial reports to support managerial decision-making. • Collaborate on accounting projects and recommend process improvements. • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Allocate costs and determine expenses for services. • Suggest new accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • 1-3 years of experience in financial accounting or a related field. • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, particularly Excel. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles. • Familiarity with automated or manual accounting systems. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks. • Understanding of accounting compliance and regulatory standards.
