Your expertise in credit and billing collections will be essential in maintaining financial accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage commercial and consumer account collections to ensure timely payments. • Communicate with clients regarding overdue balances, providing clear explanations and resolving disputes. • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and implement corrective actions. • Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payments, and account statuses. • Analyze account trends and provide recommendations to improve collection processes. • Prepare regular reports detailing collection progress and outstanding balances. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collection activities. • Negotiate payment plans with customers to facilitate debt resolution. • Identify opportunities to streamline credit and billing collection workflows. • Support the implementation of best practices for improving collection efficiency.
