• 7+ years of experience in operations, human resources, office management, or a similar leadership role.<br>• Demonstrated background in employee relations, HR administration, and compensation and benefits processes.<br>• Working knowledge of HR compliance practices, policy administration, and employee lifecycle management.<br>• Experience supporting accounting functions such as budgeting, reconciliations, payroll review, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.<br>• Ability to manage multiple offices or teams, including coordination with vendors, landlords, and cross-functional corporate partners.<br>• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to balance financial, people, and facilities priorities.<br>• Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience training staff and guiding performance management processes.
