Attorney/Lawyer
We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role focuses on insurance coverage litigation, particularly defending against bad faith claims involving auto and property matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in civil litigation and a track record of managing cases in both State and Federal Courts.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle insurance coverage litigation cases, including defending against bad faith claims related to auto and property matters.<br>• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.<br>• Conduct civil depositions and manage discovery processes effectively.<br>• Prepare for and occasionally participate in trial proceedings.<br>• Coordinate case management tasks, ensuring deadlines and legal standards are met.<br>• Collaborate with clients to address legal challenges and provide strategic counsel.<br>• Represent clients in State and Federal District Courts with professionalism.<br>• Research and analyze legal precedents to support case strategies.
• Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice law in California.<br>• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of civil litigation experience.<br>• Demonstrate expertise in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.<br>• Be skilled in conducting depositions and managing discovery processes.<br>• Show familiarity with insurance coverage litigation and bad faith claims.<br>• Exhibit strong case management abilities and organizational skills.<br>• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
