Transactional Attorney
We are looking for an experienced Transactional Attorney to join a mid-sized law firm specializing in homeowners’ association law and corporate transactional matters. This long-term contract position is fully remote, offering flexible part-time hours to help you balance work and life. The role is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable legal expert with strong attention to detail to contribute to a highly collaborative and recognized team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct in-depth legal research related to corporate transactions and homeowners' association matters.<br>• Draft a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and formal legal notices.<br>• Analyze, review, and revise contracts to ensure compliance with laws and alignment with client goals.<br>• Interpret civil codes, statutes, and regulatory frameworks relevant to homeowners' association and corporate transactional law.<br>• Collaborate with other attorneys and clients in a remote setting to deliver exceptional legal solutions.<br>• Provide support to the firm’s transactional practice by addressing homeowners' association-specific legal issues.<br>• Ensure all legal writing and documentation adhere to high standards and requirements.<br>• Maintain organized and detailed records of legal research and transactional activities.
• Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and maintain an active attorney license in good standing.<br>• Possess at least 5 years of experience in corporate transactional law; experience with homeowners’ association or real estate matters is advantageous.<br>• Demonstrate strong skills in legal research, analysis, and contract review.<br>• Exhibit excellent written communication and drafting abilities.<br>• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.<br>• Familiarity with civil codes and regulatory frameworks applicable to corporate transactions and homeowners’ association law.<br>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.<br>• Capable of managing flexible, part-time hours while meeting deadlines consistently.
