<p>Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant for an exciting contract to permanent opportunity with a distinguished client. This role is perfect for accounting professionals who enjoy accurate financial reporting, process improvement, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced business environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger.</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.</li><li>Analyze financial data and help prepare financial statements.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.</li><li>Assist with special projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.</li></ul>
