<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Previous experience in HR management or a senior HR role</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS (such as Workday)</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability</li></ul><p><br></p>
