We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation and management of enterprise resource planning systems. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating resources, ensuring quality standards, and driving project success. The position is based in San Antonio, Texas, and offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop comprehensive rollout plans to ensure smooth implementation of ERP systems.<br>• Manage resource allocation effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.<br>• Oversee the integration of financial systems within the ERP framework.<br>• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality control standards.<br>• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.<br>• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.<br>• Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.<br>• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.<br>• Establish and maintain project documentation for transparency and compliance.<br>• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ERP system processes.

• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager with a strong track record of successful implementations.<br>• Expertise in developing rollout plans and managing resource allocation.<br>• Solid understanding of financial systems and their integration into ERP platforms.<br>• Familiarity with quality control principles and standards.<br>• Background in working with engineering teams on technical projects.<br>• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.<br>• Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.<br>• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
