We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis in Richardson, Texas. This hybrid role involves overseeing payroll operations for over 600 employees and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The position offers the opportunity to work with a reputable provider in the service industry, with potential for contract-to-permanent employment. Responsibilities: • Manage and process biweekly payroll for 600+ employees using Paylocity. • Ensure all payroll transactions adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. • Maintain accurate payroll records and generate required reports. • Support internal audits and identify opportunities for process improvements. • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management promptly. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. • Monitor compliance with multistate payroll regulations. • Train and guide team members on payroll systems and processes.

• Proven experience in processing payroll for large teams of 600+ employees. • Expertise in using Paylocity for payroll operations. • Solid understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Experience with multistate payroll processes. • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is a plus. • Background in service-related industries such as electrical or plumbing is advantageous.
