We are looking for a Trust &amp; Estate Attorney to join our team in Roseville, California. This permanent, on-site role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated disputes involving trusts, estates, fiduciary matters, and related business conflicts while building strong courtroom and negotiation skills. The attorney in this position will work closely with clients and legal colleagues to shape case strategy, deliver thoughtful counsel, and provide high-quality representation throughout all phases of litigation.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead trust and estate litigation matters involving contested wills, fiduciary disagreements, and connected business-related disputes.<br>• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other case documents with accuracy and strong legal analysis.<br>• Perform detailed legal research to support litigation strategy, motion practice, and client recommendations.<br>• Represent clients during depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings with professionalism and sound advocacy.<br>• Partner with clients, senior attorneys, and other stakeholders to evaluate risks, develop case strategy, and move matters forward effectively.<br>• Manage case activity from early investigation through resolution, maintaining organization across deadlines, filings, and evidence.<br>• Support trial preparation by assembling exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and refining arguments for presentation.<br>• Deliver responsive, client-focused communication that keeps parties informed and builds confidence throughout the legal process.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar.<br>• Demonstrated knowledge of trust and estate law, fiduciary disputes, and litigation involving business conflicts.<br>• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery materials, and other legal filings.<br>• Working knowledge of deposition practice, mediation, trial preparation, and courtroom procedures.<br>• Strong communication and relationship-management skills for working effectively with clients and colleagues.<br>• Excellent analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex legal matters.<br>• Prior background in trust, estate, or business litigation is strongly preferred.<br>• Ability to work on-site in Roseville, California.
