In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights and ensure the integrity of accounting processes. The ideal candidate will excel in producing detailed reconciliations, analyzing financial fluctuations, and driving continuous improvements in accounting practices.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations for accounts with high data volume and significance to the organization.</p><p>• Conduct fluctuation analyses to identify and explain changes in financial statements, including the balance sheet and income statement.</p><p>• Present validated financial summaries and reports to management for decision-making.</p><p>• Manage workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met, particularly during quarter-end and year-end processes.</p><p>• Design and implement process efficiencies to improve workflows and enhance documentation standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with teams to strengthen communication and streamline accounting operations.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with corporate controls requirements and financial statement frameworks.</p><p>• Support internal and external audit processes by providing requested information and preparing ad hoc reports.</p><p><br></p><p>Please reach out to Jamie Benway with Robert Half to review this position. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, including general ledger management, cost accounting, and financial statement preparation.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functionality.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage time effectively.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and evolving priorities.<br>• Commitment to challenging conventional processes to drive organizational improvement.
